  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick of butter (250 g)
  • 1) Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan).
  • 2) Mix the eggs with the chestnut cream.
  • 3) Melt the butter before incorporating it into the previous mixture.
  • 4) Pour the preparation into small aluminum or silicone cups, previously buttered.
  • 5) Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 6) Then reduce the temperature to 180°C and continue cooking for another 25 minutes.

Let cool before eating. These fondants are also delicious cold.
