La Favouille restaurant, flashback…

The Favouille restaurant, in Le Lavandou, is located on a small square, in an alley decorated with the colors of Provence. Sheltered from the mistral, this restaurant is in the heart of the historic village of Lavandou.
This pretty square seduces you with its magnificent plane trees which shelter you from the sun in midsummer.
Created in 1978 by his parents, Olivier tells us that they both started with a very simple card. A few provencal dishes like zucchini tian, sardines, baked sea bream, and obviously the famous Stuffed small Provencal.

Today this restaurant offers a varied menu; with its famous sea couscous, its penne with frutti di mare or its fresh tomato gazpacho…
