The Mazet type apartment offers you 13m² of private terrace as well as a private parking space, essential in this area where parking is paid.
Two collective swimming pools, including a large one heated from April to All Saints' Day, equipped with sun loungers and mattresses, are at your disposal.

This rental is located 60 meters on foot from the beautiful St-Clair beach with direct access via a small path leaving the residence (ideal for toddlers) and less than a kilometer from the center of Lavandou.
Saint-Clair beach is also known for its Beach Volleyball sessions in summer.
Nearby, you will find shops, beach restaurants and the beautiful coastal cycle path.

Buses from Toulon, Toulon-Hyères airport or Saint-Tropez stop 10 meters from the residence.

On your arrival, you will be welcomed on site by a trusted person who will introduce you to the residence and the apartment.

You will be asked to pay 30% of the Deposit upon reservation and the balance will be due 1 month before the arrival date. A rental contract will be established with the items.
