Vallat meaning "ravine" or "ditch", and La Dérroucade meaning "rock", are localities, right in the middle of the massif, of the maquis where you can observe ruins testifying to a past occupation.
It is a hiking trail surrounded and immersed in Mediterranean vegetation and where you can appreciate cistus, kings of the scrubland, mastic pistachio trees and even chestnut trees.
Regulated access: from June to September, before any circulation in the Var massifs, check the opening conditions on the fire risk map (updated at 17 p.m. every day for the next day) or by calling the tourist office .
