Cap nègre is approximately 7 km from the town center of Lavandou.
Access by taking the CD 559 towards Saint-Tropez, park along the road (authorized spaces) or in the large paid dirt car park (flea market parking every Sunday) and walk a little towards the East.
Cap Nègre beach is located after the rocks which separate it from Cavalière beach. To reach it, go to Cavalière beach, then go to the left along the sea.
